A peaceful call for reforms that reflect the aspirations and everyday needs of the people of Azad Jammu & Kashmir - rooted in public accountability, equitable development, economic justice, and access to essential services.

I. Governance, Accountability & Democratic Reform

  1. #1. End excessive privileges and benefits for the ruling elite.
  2. #2. Abolish reserved Assembly seats allocated in the name of refugees residing in Pakistan.
  3. #6. End job quotas reserved for refugees residing in Pakistan and abolish the quota system in Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
  4. #24. Eliminate bribery, corruption, and the culture of favoritism in public institutions.
  5. #25. Reform government departments and abolish unnecessary or redundant departments.
  6. #30. Introduce judicial reforms.
  7. #31. Strengthen the powers of elected local government representatives and restore student union elections.
  8. #33. End the deployment of external forces and repeal black laws.
  9. #35. Reform Public Service Commission (PSC) examinations and end irregular, non-merit-based appointments.

II. Energy & Natural Resources

  1. #7. Apply commercial electricity tariffs to all electricity connections exceeding 5 kVA.
  2. #8. Ensure the implementation of all electricity-related commitments and agreements.
  3. #10. Enact legislation governing electricity and flour.
  4. #12. Implement the High Court's decision regarding hydel projects, enforce the Mohra Agreement (2018), and implement all outstanding demands relating to hydropower projects.

III. Cost of Living & Food Security

  1. #9. Ensure the implementation of all flour-related commitments, guarantee fair flour allocation, and maintain quality standards.
  2. #28. Provide tax relief for citizens.

IV. Healthcare, Education & Social Welfare

  1. #3. Ensure free healthcare services for the people of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
  2. #4. Ensure free and equal access to quality education.
  3. #18. Ensure the provision of safe and clean drinking water.
  4. #19. Ensure adequate water supply for irrigation and agriculture.
  5. #26. Provide interest-free loans to young people.
  6. #29. Ensure the implementation of employment and representation quotas for persons with disabilities.

V. Economic Development & Employment

  1. #13. Grant scheduled bank status to the Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
  2. #14. End the exploitation and unfair practices of mobile network companies.
  3. #27. Expand employment opportunities.
  4. #36. Provide protection and support for the traders of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
  5. #37. Resolve issues relating to non-custom-paid vehicles and ensure fair taxation and regulation of the transport sector.

VI. Infrastructure & Regional Development

  1. #15. Construct the Azad Pattan-Soon Sadhnoti Road.
  2. #20. Establish the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Expressway.
  3. #21. Construct the Shounter Tunnel.
  4. #22. Construct the Lohar Gali-Muzaffarabad Tunnel.
  5. #23. Construct the Leepa Valley Tunnel, the Jhelum Valley Tunnel, and the Sunder Marg-Bhedi Haveli Tunnel.
  6. #32. Prevent the lapse of allocated development budgets.
  7. #34. Construct the Rehmanpur-Koti Road.

VII. Environment & Natural Resources

  1. #17. Prevent and eliminate illegal timber smuggling.

VIII. Justice & Movement-Related Matters

  1. #11. Withdraw all cases registered by the government against participants during the movement.
  2. #16. Ensure employment support for the family of Shaheed Azhar through the appointment of his brother.
  3. #38. Support and implement local Charters of Demand.
